Counselling Solutions is situated in Colchester, Essex and is an independent organisation which offers a range of therapeutic services to promote, support and facilitate the emotional health and well being of children, adolescents, adults and families.

Our organisation offers a confidential therapeutic space whereby clients have the time to explore their feelings through talking therapies and/or through creative mediums without judgement. It is an inclusive environment which can be used by clients regardless of age, gender or disability.

Counselling Solutions provides a range of cost effective interventions and bespoke trainings to Professionals, Organisations and Training Providers as-well as hosting professional speakers working within specialist fields, as a resource for continuing professional development for those interested in extending and enhancing their skills and knowledge base.

Our professional service is committed to facilitating excellence in the provision of therapeutic services in Essex and Suffolk as-well as training and consultancy throughout the UK.

All Counsellors work within the Ethical Framework of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) or its equivalent professional body.
